Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Administrative Assistant at Masungi Georeserve will help ensure the success of daily operations by ensuring all administrative tasks are accomplished in a timely and excellent manner. This includes but is not limited to:
- Purchasing tasks such as canvassing, purchasing and delivery of needed supplies, equipment, tools and materials for the office and site, among others.
- Coordination tasks such as liaising with government offices, partner organisations, and upper management
He or she is expected to create and maintain good and lasting relationships with management, personnel, partners, offices and suppliers, as well as help shape the overall effectiveness and productivity of the organisation.
This role is based in our Quezon City office from Mondays to Saturdays from 8AM-5PM but will require visits to the site in Baras, Rizal (1.5 hours from the city) as necessary.

- Willing to travel and talk to different suppliers and offices;

- Ideally at least 1 year of work experience;
- Interest in environmental conservation or sustainable tourism.

Tentang Masungi Georeserve
The Masungi Georeserve is an environment protection project, with a goal to promote sustainability, conservation, and education. Our BHAG is to form part of a UNESCO Geopark. Currently, the area has an effective conservation plan supported by a geotourism plan.
