Guest Care Officer  

Our mission is to make the Masungi Georeserve a top geotourism destination in Southeast Asia through conservation, education/research and sustainable development.

We are looking for Guest Care Officers rooted in excellent customer service and a passion for sharing the georeserve and our conservation mission to Filipinos and to the world!

Guest Care is a fundamental role in our model of geotourism where value is prioritized over volume of visitors. Hence, we give our guests first class service. From the time to inquire to after they visit the georeserve, guest care officers lead the end-to-end customer experience of the internationally acclaimed georeserve.

Sample tasks include:

• Managing and operating the georeserve's online reservation system
• Communicating to and servicing a diverse set of guests through different channels (mostly through e-mails, phone calls and mobile messages)
• Facilitating our payments process, computing fees and following up with guests
• Answering and responding to inquiries, complaints, special concerns and requests about the Georeserve experiences
• Monitoring end-to-end guest experience from reservation to post-visit feedback
• Coordinating with operations team for daily operations and improvements

The role is six days a week with one day off and based in Quezon City with regular visits to the site at Masungi Georeserve.

• Can handle both happy and difficult customers
• Can work independently and confidently with minimal supervision
• Adept with handling payments, numbers and details
• Has an interest in sustainable tourism, conservation or sustainable development;
• Willing to explore a variety of projects and tasks
