Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The training and development officer will lead the development of all staff in the georeserve, attending to their skills development and values formation as well as environmental education. He or she may also be assigned to perform other tasks in Human Resources, such as recruitment, compensation and events.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Empathy and leadership skills;
- Resourcefulness, creativity and independence;
- Ability to work with people from different backgrounds;
- Passion for training people to be the best they can be;
- Can work in an outdoor and nature environment;
- Has a passion for environmental education;
- Adaptability in performing various tasks as needed by the organisation

The Masungi Georeserve is an environment protection project, with a goal to promote sustainability, conservation, and education. Our BHAG is to form part of a UNESCO Geopark. Currently, the area has an effective conservation plan supported by a geotourism plan.
