The Assistant Project Manager for Masungi Georeserve will be in charge of the overall management of the project in pursuance to its vision-mission.
Vision & Mission: To be a top geotourism destination in Asia and become a UNESCO Geopark by 2020 through environmental conservation, education and sustainable development via geotourism.
The Assistant Project Manager is expected lead all field operations in assistance to the Project Manager. This includes:
- Supervising Staff
- Leading Guest Services and Service Delivery/Quality
- Property Management
- Community Relations
- Other important tasks he or she may be assigned to
The role requires strong leadership skills with minimal supervision needed. For non-locals, on-site housing may be discussed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong leadership & problem solving skills on the field;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Willing to work on the field in the project site at Baras, Rizal (1.5 hours from Metro Manila);
- At least 2 years experience in relevant roles;
- Passion for environmental conservation and the outdoors.
