Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The trail operations manager is the head ranger at Masungi Geo-reserve, a rising Geo-tourism destination in Baras, Rizal. He or she leads overall operations and effectiveness of trail visits.
- Manages visit activities inside the Geo-reserve, ensuring timeliness, cleanliness and guest satisfaction and education.
- Lead, manage, and recruits ranger staff.
- Trains, develops and regularly evaluates or appraises ranger staff.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good communication, persentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Superior leadership and people management skills
- Love for the environment and outdoors
