Operations Coordinator l Work from Home  

The Operations coordinator works with local or foreign teams of developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile work environment. Responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, collaborating with different departments, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure collaboration.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other operational activities.
• Scheduling, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Participate in identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and workflows.
• Participate in identifying potential operational risks and implement applicable measures.

• At least three (3) years of experience in operations coordination, administration, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications or project management tools.
