Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Will serve as the "front line" and coordinator of the flow in the Dental Clinic.
- In charge of greeting the patients, assisting the registration and completion of all the necessary documents and forms of the patients, and filing of the patient's records.
- Maintain and manage patient records.
- Answer and manage all queries via call, text or in person.
- Confirm appointments and recalls according to the clinic protocols.
- Respond and comply to all requests for information.
- Arrange payment schedules for patients.
- Prepare mail and billing statements.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of dental office.
- Maintain a professional reception area.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate/Under Graduate
- Preferably, with experience as a Secretary or in the Dental Field
- With ample knowledge on financing and management
- Preferably, Female
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Pleasing personality
