The Internal Auditor is responsible in handling the business process internal audits of the company’s various function areas and to verify and ensure compliance with established policy, regulations and that an effective system of internal control is in place, including coordinating the process of risks identification. Also to act in an advisory role to recommend possible risk aversion measures and improvements in internal control structure and procedures.

Your scope of responsibility shall include:

• Ensures that the company adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the business,
• Prepares and executes internal audit plan,
• Performs and manages internal audit and review records, reports, and other relevant programs affected by regulations, including internal control of business processes,
• Recommends changes to procedures or practices that do not conform to internal controls of the company and those not compliant with given regulations; and assists in implementing a plan to address the needed changes,
• Analyzes potential risks within specific areas or process/ functions of the company,
• Conducts investigation on its own or in collaboration with other departments depending upon the nature of investigation
• Maintains compliance records such as keeping track of violations reported against the company, instances of feedback, and plans.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy, Finance, or any 4-year related field.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience as an Auditor,
• Knowledge in Basic/ General Accounting; Internal Control and Standards; ISO 31000 Risk Management & with Risk Assessment experience is an advantage,
• Exposure and experience in operations and practices gained from a Manufacturing Industry,
• Possess relevant certificates; As specific as Certified Internal Auditor is an advantage,
• Must be detail-oriented and proficient with MS Office
• With good communication, analytical and decision making skills
