We are hiring a product designer to help design the future of how Filipinos access to healthcare, online. We believe that health insurance should be simple, easy and accessible to all. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and designers to develop thoughtful digital experiences.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A designer with 3+ years of experience in the digital product space.
- Deep product experience demonstrated through a portfolio of multiple case studies.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers on product briefs, scoping projects and road mapping.
- Willing to define and navigate ambiguity.
- Iterative design methodologies drive your ability to gather feedback early and often.
- Utilizes user research, analytics, and strategy to back design choices.
- Capable of balancing user and business needs.
- Fluent in modern web technologies, has a fundamental understanding of front-end development and is able to work with modern UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excited to contribute and take ownership at an early stage of a company.
- Has an exceptional grasp of the principles of design and good UX practices, and is driven to continue to learn more from internal and external literature.
- Overly communicative and has a mature toolbox of communication and teamwork styles.
