Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Purchasing:
- Handles day-to-day purchasing of goods accroding to well-established procedures and policies.
- Maintains and updates vendor database system.
- Ensures that all status reports on bid inquiries and purchase orders are submitted promptly and completed accurately.
- Orders goods and services and ensures standards are met.
Administrative Servcies:
- Ensures repair and maintenance of office equipment, facilities and premises.
- Takes responsibility of other miscellaneous administration duties such as some or all of the following:
- Office clerical and support services.
- Printing.
- Mail and messenger services.
- Telecommunciations.
- Facilities.
- Maintenance.
- Purchasing.
- Refurbishment.
- Security services.
- Establishes objectives and operating policies in these areas.
- Develops and supervises programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least comppleted a Bachelor's/College degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience in purchasing of goods and servcies and/or office/administrative services.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
