Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Quickbooks data
- Ensure our balance sheet is accurate and up to date
- Responsible for preventing fraudulent client activity with Magic
- Run background checks on users
- Run daily checks for clients that indicate leading indicators for fraud
- Examine recent fraudulent behavior, and creates new SOP’s to prevent fraud trends from continuing.
- Respond to chargeback disputes
- Assist Finance team on reviewing discrepancies.
- Identify trends that lead to discrepancies, then to structure SOP’s for loss prevention.
- Other task assigned by manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with using Quickbooks
- Analytical thinker
- Self-driven / Works with little oversight
