Recruitment Ops Hiring Manager | Remote Work  

Job Overview:

We're looking for a Recruitment Ops Hiring Manager to be part of Magic's Internal Team! The role involves using data to find strong candidates and driving the recruitment team to meet performance standards.

Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PHT

40hrs/week

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build specific qualifying and interviewing funnels based on the needs of the product/sales pipeline
• Filter strong candidates using a data-driven approach
• Build an interviewing and qualifying pipeline that enables the strongest candidates to be clearly identified and ensures they are placed in a timely manner
• Automate parts of the qualifying process to ensure high-quality candidates are not dropped
• Monitor team performance and take measures to ensure it meets standards
• Develop and implement a timeline of hiring and recruitment processes to achieve targets.

• Proven experience in interviewing, filtering, and qualifying leads based on client-specific/product-specific needs
• 3+ years experience managing a hiring team for a mid-size or large BPO
• Experience as a Recruiting Manager or Recruiting Coordinator
• Expertise in building systems for qualifying and filtering applicants that are being sourced
• Experience with phone and in-person interviews, as well as candidate screening and evaluation
• Able to communicate effectively in English
