Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Helps recruit, interview, and train staff in the department.
- Works with the Head of Growth and senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Oversees the end-to-end implementation of growth initiatives.
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years experience in a high-level Marketing role
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field a plus
- Experience in B2B marketing a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative
- Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
