Business Intelligence Intern  

Be a part of the Business Intelligence team in Machine! We are looking for awesome, talented and aspiring Machinists who are passionate in developing our company’s vision and mission by helping out to secure strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, keen to hit KPIs and can solve strategic problems.

As Business Intelligence Intern you will:

• Strengthen Business Intelligence team! Assist in handling daily, weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders; providing business insights based on data presented.
• Organize data! Have the bbility to query, clean, process and transform data
• Derive insights! Drive business growth and help solve strategic problems
• Be exposed on how to use data to solve problems! Especially in all aspects of the business such as operations, marketing, product, app performance and technology
• Use critical thinking! Ability to break down complicated concepts, do market research and competitive analysis.
• Optimize the process via automation, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of each KPI
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• While any business intelligence experience would be a plus, we don’t expect you to be a guru on arrival, that’s the beauty of being an intern :)
• Open to graduating/fresh grads who are aspiring machinists
• Open to candidates who possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and in any related field.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Troubleshoot! Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be understandable! Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• At least proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Proficient in using Google applications (i.e. Google docs, Google Drive, etc.)
