Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Defines and implements Customer Success and Customer Support initiatives, metrics and KPI.
- Manages and leads a team of customer success and customer support executives.
- Works closely with Marketing and Branding team to develop initiatives to drive up customer engagement, CSAT, NPS, customer loyalty, and retention..
- Works closely with Partner Success Manager to avoid and resolve partner-customer issues.
- Exhibits cross-functional leadership and collaboration with different teams to build a long-term, scalable and sustainable solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience in the start-up industry.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Technical competency in app-based, hyper-local, on-demand technology.
- May require national and international travel
