Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define and implement partner success initiatives, metrics, KPIs and strategies.
- Manages a team of Partner Acquisition, Onboarding and Training and Quality Assurance associates.
- Work closely with the senior leadership across the organization to contribute to venture's goal of aggressively scaling to thousands of partners in a predictable and measurable way and cope with product demand timely and efficiently.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration with different teams to build a long-term, scalable and sustainable solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience in the start-up industry.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Technical competency in app-based, hyper-local, on-demand technology.
- May require national and international travel.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
