- Daily traffic of workload between marketing, content and creatives team for Outboxed Website.
- Approval of content to be pushed out for M2 Social in terms of strategy.
- Proactive participation in content planning by researching trends and topics for content marketing for Outboxed.
- Recommending content based on website analytics
Email Campaigns
- Suggestion of topics for Outboxed.
- Coordination of content creation for Outboxed email campaign.
- Recommendation subject line for emailers for .Outboxed.
- Scheduling sendout of email campaigns.
Social Media
- Uploading and scheduling posts in Outboxed’s pages.
- Community management
Credentials Update
- Sourcing, compiling and shortlisting of:
- Photos from the events team
- Sample press release from the PR team
Website Design
- Project management for Outboxed website design (for new products).
