Guest Services Officer  

• Monitor confirmed bookings and contact guests for their pre-arrival requirements
• Build and nurture a relationship with the guests before their arrival
• Plan, build and provide itineraries to guests as required
• Answer guest queries and provide recommendations
• Liaise and coordinate with the Guest Services teams, or on-ground villa staff for the arrangement of services requested by guests
• Abreast with all new and existing attractions of villa locations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management
• Entry-level role for fresh graduates or up to one (1) year of experience
• All positions are only open to Manila-based applicants
• Computer savvy
• Highly confident in verbal and written communication
• Proactive and exude strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in lateral thinking along with the capacity to search out and solve customers’ requirements
• Willing to work through various shifts (7 AM – 4 PM, 9 AM – 6 PM, 12 PM – 9 PM), weekend work, and holidays
• You should have a work-from-home setup for the current scenario, with presence required on some days in the office.
• Stable internet connection at home
