Digital Marketing Specialist  

The Digital Advertising Specialist will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for setup, optimize, and manage the PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.

• Plan, setup and manage ongoing optimization of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other search platforms
• Integrate SEO and SEM to social media, paid ad programs, website conversion, website optimization, and any other digital optimization process
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps of different accounts, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against the goals of each account (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities, new growth strategies, and optimize spending and performance
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and user touchpoints
• Manage display network campaigns, placements, and targeted demographics
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search following the goals of each account

Work Details:

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Work Setup: Temporary WFH setup, with some days in the office; must have an internet line connection

Screening Process:

• All interviews are done online

• The First Interview is with the HR and hiring manager, the Second Interview is with the CEO

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of similar work experience, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry
• Solid knowledge of PPC Advertising, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Development
• Extensive work experience with pay-per-click campaign management
• Highly skilled in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Valid Google Ads Fundamentals and Google Ads Search Certificates
• Previous experience with website architecture, UX, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Qualification is a plus)
