- Quantity take off for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firepro and Sanitary Works
- Establish cost data base in terms of unit price analysis for MEPFS
- Preparation of detailed bill of quantities
- Evaluation of contractor bid proposal
- Responsible for QS updates - site inspection
- Presentation of bid evaluation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Preferably female applicants.
