Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Deliver a high level of customer service related tasks and activities to support the company's operations.
GENERAL ROLES:
- Process reservations and bookings from customers.
- Maintain customer databases and bookings.
- Answer inquiries and questions.
- Handle complaints.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Provide information to customers about Luxe Charters' Services.
- Deliver orders through efficient management of drivers in order to provide reliable and on time service.
Kualifikasi Minimum
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Two (2) or more years experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
- Relevant product knowledge.
- Sales experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- Efficiently handle and process data and paperwork.
- Skillfully comprehend, capture, and interpret basic customer information.
- Effectively handle stress and demands of continuous change.
- Team player.
- Goal-oriented.
- Data entry / keyboard skills
- Critical thinking
