Project Manager | Architect/Civil Engineer  

Managing and maintaining existing stores.

* Ensure that the image and reputation of the brand is consistent in all modules and signage within the distribution channels.

* Quickly processing requests for materials, fixtures and modules requested by managers of distribution channels.

* Redesigning and implementing new designs of layouts, signage, modules and other collateral for stores.

* Swiftly execute the integration of collaterals submitted by the graphics designer for placement in stores.

Designing, Planning and Executing Retails Requirements (ex. new retail stores, sale events, new department store locations)

* Initial conceptualization (consistent with brand image portrayed in the country.)

* 3D perspective of design with accurate dimensions and textures (conforming to the standards of the department store if necessary).

* Cost of production, bar chart production schedule

* Communication with the necessary contractors and suppliers

* Material requests forms and costings (if done with in-house construction)

* Make sure that all materials are ordered on time, in the right quantity and right quality.

* Ensure that project is swiftly executed with constant site inspections

* Ensure the quality of the production conforms to the standards of the brand.

* Perform field work and provincial visits.

* The candidate must possess at least a Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

* Excellent organization and planning skills, with attention to details.

* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work, yet still work well within a team

* Flexible and pro-active; ability to build and manage a team

* With at least 2-3 years or relevant experience in designing/constructing in-store/shops

* Extensive knowledge of Sketch-up, AutoCAD and 3D modeling software

* Adept in building regulations and has expertise in construction techniques and materials.

* Experience in retail development and fit-out projects

* With excellent communication skills.

* With experience in dealing with department stores and malls

* Knowledge of post-production documentation in order to open retail outlets
