Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Formulating and executing marketing and business development strategies based on the directions set by top management.
- Create proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Research strategic accounts/clients in targeted market and industries. Acquire and pursue leads. Develop new accounts and set necessary meetings.
- Top-notch analytical skills - you must have an eye for detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new market as needed.
- Initiate contact, develop and maintain partnerships.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Learning how to make lighting design plans
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With pleasing personality
- Working experienceof 3 to 4 years in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required
- Knowledge in Dialux and Sketchup
- Professional manner and strong ethical code
- Ability to multi task with different projects simultaneuosly, plan strategically and execute sales from the start to completion
- Highly personable, confident, aggresive, sales driven and customer oriented
- Commitment to working effic and accurately
