What is Management Associate Program (MAP)

Management Associate Program (MAP) is a leadership development program designed to complement existing talents and attract young and high potential individuals and groom them into the next generation of leaders in Lufthansa Technik Philippines.

Accelerated and Intensive Training

Management Associates will undergo an accelerated and intensive classroom and practical training using blended learning methodology for a period of 18 months. They will be provided a structured development program to fast track their development and learning opportunities both in the business and functional / technical knowledge. They will be assigned on a specific Department and will be rotated from one to three different functions in the organization to handle projects. Upon successful completion of the program, Management Associates with outstanding performance will be given opportunity to hold a critical role in key or major projects of the Company and will continue to be developed through an extensive development leadership program.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Must be a graduate or with ongoing Masters in Business/ Management/ Engineering or equivalent course

Founded in the year 2000 as a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Philippine aviation service provider MacroAsia Corporation, Lufthansa Technik Philippines offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to customers worldwide. The company heavily focuses on base maintenance checks for the A320 family, A330/A340, and A380 aircraft types. It has 8 hangar bays and workshops which have been designed according to the latest industry standards in order to support aircraft maintenance, major modifications, cabin reconfigurations, engine maintenance and painting.
