Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain Executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meeting, conference, etc.
- Attend meeting and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them wherever appropriate.
- Make travel arrangements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business studies/ Administration, Management, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
- At least 1 yr experience as an Executive Secretary/Receptionist
- with experience as an Executive Secretary in a construction industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Pleasing personality.
- can work with minimum supervision
