Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages all cash flow; billing and collection
- Formulates appropriate accounting principles, procedures, and system of accounts ensuring that they conform to set policies and standards
- Responsible in overseeing internal control audit specifically focused on error or fraud
- Manages preparation of financial statement
- Checks and verifies company disbursement
- Ensures the implementation of the company's Standard Operating procedures in finance
- Oversees the preparation of cost control report per cost
- Assists the operations Group in handling project funds effectively
- Facilitates processing of suppliers/subcontractors billing of performance through invoice verification upon receipt of required documents
- Responsible for managing the functions & operations of General accounting, financial reporting and analysis, wit the objective of 100% accuracy of financial information.
- Performs other related tasks may be assigned from time to time
- Coordinates Financial or Accounting matters with Auditors and other outside parties involved such as suppliers, clients, financial institutions, and government agencies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have construction industry experience
- With profound experience in Cash Management and Audit
- 5-years successive Managerial Role
- Preferably with Master's Degree is an advantage
- Solid grasp of business and accounting concepts
- Fair leadership skills
