Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identifies business opportunities in the industry of construction and any related industry that would be a possible business partner or client for the electromechanical equipments
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Facilitate the after service of the machines through contacting international suppliers
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommends new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Prepares report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Process the acceditation with suppliers and partners and maintain a positive supplier-partner relationship
- Coordinate with the supplier/partner and the delivery inspection of the company's products before the release
- Conducts regular communication to existing clients and potential clients; includes preparation of proposal
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of either of the following: Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/ Business Communication/ Marketing & Management or related courses relevant to sales and marketing
- Licensed Engineer (Not required for engineering graduates but an edge to your application)
- Open to Newly Graduates but Candidates with Sales & Marketing experience is an advantage
- For experienced applicants: An edge if with at least 1 year experience in the construction industry focused on Sales and Marketing of electrical, mechanical, and presentation on the instrumentation of electromechanical products and equipment
- Goal-directed towards selling the electromechanical equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paces environment
- Possess positive attitude and able to meet or exceed client's expectation
