Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, approving expenses, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected on time.
- Create a subsidiary book specific to a project
- Participate in bidding and estimate budget set-up and project close-out
- Review and approve purchase orders related to a project
- Review the approved time-sheets related to a project
- Review and approve asset requisition and transfers
- Review and approve reimbursement, petty cash replenishment and liquidation
- Investigate fraud, bribery, pilferage or theft
- Report to the mangement regarding the remaining funding available for projects
- Report on project profitability to management
- Monitor refundable deposits, prepayments and for liquidation
- Monitor billing and collection
- Monitor inventory and company asset
- Monitor manpower resources
- Submit all related reports to duties enumerated above
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant is an edge
- Fresh graduates with accounting internship are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in different project sites
- Experience in a construction industry is an advantage
