Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and Implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Construction issue to be resolved through the site survey for potential locations
- Convey and supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Develop, maintain and improve any business relationship vital to division sucess
- Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward
- Interact clearly, constructively and positivelywith all organizational department to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events
- Supervise and stimulate procurement activities as required ensuring on timedelivery of components and equipments
- Analyze data to plan and design projects
- conduct risk analysis for each project
- Prepare and submit permits to comply with the local project requirements
- Anaylze and preparation of Report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical)
- Licensed Engineer
- with Masters Degree is an advantage
- Must have construction industry experience on pipe-laying
- 15 years successive Managerial Role
- Certification as Project Management Professional is an edge
