Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process, summarize, review and analyze general and administrative expenses and other overhead expenses.
- Maintaining assigned general ledger accounts
- General bookkeeping
- Review, monitor and posting of PCF replenishments, reimbursements, liquidations and request for payment
- Review, monitoring, reconciliation, amortization and posting of overhead expenses
- Rentals, utilities, transportation, meals and representations, professional fees, permits, payroll and other opex
- Amortization of insurance and asset depreciation
- Monitoring of advance for liquidation, refundable deposits, advances to related parties and prepayments in-charge of Accounting & Finance Department supplies-Monitoring and requisition reorder
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
- Certified Public Accountant
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Flexible, willing to learn and highly analytical
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to be assigned in Project Site
- Can start immediately
