Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors and coordinates activities in main warehouse and project sites engaged in receiving, transporting, storing, order filling, shipping, maintaining of stock records, fuel consumption and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Forwards all Material Requisition to Purchasing Division with approval of Project Manager.
- Coordinates with Purchasing in monitoring all procurement orders, and delivery schedule of materials, tools and equipment
- Ensures that schedules and deadlines are met.
- Documents warehouse files and maintains inventory reports by conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances.
- Prepares weekly/monthly warehouse, maintenance, expenses and fuel consumption reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Industrial Engineer
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience in the construction industry is required
- Willing to be assigned in a project site
- Full-time positions available depends on the performance within 6 months
- COSH/BOSH Certificate is an edge
