Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accurately and timely prepare all month-end entries for assigned accounts.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and prepare journal voucher for adjusting entries, if necessary.
- Perform three way matching of official receipts, deposit slips and bank statements to ensure that all collections are transmitted and deposited timely and completely.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers of accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions to generate ledger control account.
- Facilitate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of accounting books.
- Submit monthly financial statements (trail balance, balance sheet, and income statement) to Consultant for Management Report preparation.
- Maintain, update and establish accounting chart accounts necessary for disclosure requirements and other accounts that will aid management in reviewing and evaluation of operation performance.
- Assist in the monthly, interim and year-end physical inventory count of materials and supplies.
- Maintain subsidiary ledger
- Prepare depreciation schedule and movement of fixed assets with their corresponding values.
- Prepare fixed assets to count tag whenever there is the new acquisition of fixed asset.
- In-charge in the physical inventory taking of fixed assets.
- Prepare a list of obsolete fixed assets after each inventory count.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
- 1-year work experience in Accounting
- Must possess basic math skills
- Ability to analyze figures
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written skills
