Audit Supervisor  

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supervise assigned audit staffs in performing analytical review and examination of company's business processes and internal controls. Identify control gaps and perform risk assessment.
• Assist Audit Manager in setting up audit programs and procedures of Audit Department relative to assign division.
• Perform investigative audit and confirmation on incidents concerning frauds and dishonesty.
• Oversee audit activities and performance of staffs by coaching, training, mentoring and conducting evaluation for recommendation to personnel actions.
• Ensures that audit process is complete after engagement and discuss to line of Managers for final draft audit report
• Coordinates and communicates audit follow ups with Heads, Operations and other concerned department for resolution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree, Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Audit experience in public accounting or internal audit
• Professional audit classifications preferred.
• Demonstrated technical abilities in selected areas (audit, accounting,regulatory,compliance,etc.)
• Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively work with new and changing situations including new industry regulations where there may not always be a readily apparent solutions.
• Must be able to view control issues and concerns from the perspective of the audit committee and senior managerment.
• Must be capable of presenting results to senior management.
