KPI Parts Audit Inventory;
1) Conducts field store visits at least 4 times a month.
2) 100 parts SKU are randomly checked for every actual parts inventory.
3) Monitors and follow-up Employee Relations resolutions for closing audit findings.
4) Prepare audit report with findings and recommendations and discuss with General Manager for action plan.
5) Monitors GM/GGM's action if implemented.
6) Draft at least 10 policies and procedures in a year.
7) Thorough investigation in cases of fraud and theft.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Should have at least a Bachelor's Degree ;
- Preferably experienced employees specilaizing in service related tasks
- High level of communication skills using all methods
- Has experienced handling people
- Must be knowlegeable in internet sales and marketing.
