- Goes through intensive training to learn LICA Group's key competencies of different business units.
- Implementats and assures compliance on the assigned area.
- Handles day-to-day operations effectiveness; Ensures customers' needs are attended to promptly.
- Manages the delivery of the overall requirements that adhere quality standards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate from a reputable school or international university.
- Must also possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work individually and with a team.
- Result-oriented, systematic and organized.
