- Inspire and lead with positive energy and intuition;
- Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members;
- Establish performance expectations and manage team KPI’s;
- Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services, policies and practices;
- Coordinate actions with corporate staff;
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
- Develop and recommend appropriate actions to resolve major operational problems identified in the process and prepare corrective action plans;
- Empower the team to their full potential;
- Create strategies for improving the management of various businesses;
- Have sound project management strategies in place to ensure that projects are successfully implemented and providing benefits to the business;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree
- Year(s) of Experience: At least 3 year(s) of experience
- Position Level: Assistant Manager / Manager
- Specialization: Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Job Role: Management or Business Development.
- Previous Management experience is necessary!
