- Collection of payments from all residential buyers, residential and commercial tenants
- Follow-up collections on past due accounts
- Maintain customer files and document transactions made
- Deposit collection
- Posting of payment in coordination with accounting
- Prepares statement of account of residential leasing
- Prepares debt coverage ratio (DCR)
- Issues official receipt (OR), account receivables (AR) and post reference (PR)
- Coordinate with accounting to balance statement of account
- Communicate with clients that includes informing about billing discrepancies
- Completion of BIR2317 tally to amount deducted
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has collection experience for both commercial and residential sale/ leasing.
- Have experience with loan proceed, interacting with different banks.
- Have experience drafting and sending a demand letter or collection letter.
- Previous collection experience in PAG-IBIG Office or any banks is a Plus.
- Accountancy Graduate or any related course
- With at least 2-3 years experience in the same position
- Must be residing in/near Mandaluyong (eg. Boni, Pasig, etc.) or McKinley, Taguig.
