- Do various strategies in marketing vacant spaces / prospecting new tenants.
- Do online and market research relative to the target market of the vacant spaces.
- Present and facilitate ocular inspections / project presentation to the clients.
- Draft and prepare various lease offers, correspondence & other leasing-related documents.
- Transact, negotiate and help in after sales tasks for incoming leesses.
- Other leasing tasks may be assigned by the leasing head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate of any course
- Any Sales/Leasing training
- At least 1-2 years leasing experience (Retail/ Office & Warehouse Leasing)
- Willing to do field work for ocular inspections.
- Presentation and negotiation skills is a must.
