Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s digital sales strategy
• Set and communicate clear targets, expectations, and assessments
• Measure, grow and exceed digital sales goals. Provide accurate reporting of performance to management
• Manage, train, coach and motivate the digital sales team to achieve individual and group targets and objectives
• Identify whether there are gaps in the sales process that need to be addressed.
• Act as resident expert in the company’s products and services
• Collaborate with management and other teams to develop and execute strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

• Ability to develop, train and motivate people in products and sales strategies
• Creative, critical thinker and problem solver
• Highly organized and analytical, comfortable with data and has willingness to learn
• Skilled in oral/written communications with the ability to articulate ideas, guidance, and technical knowledge concisely and professionally.
• Proven selling experience online and in-person and ability to qualify leads.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Energetic and self-motivated and with strong sense of ownership
• Great multitasker and works well under or can adapt to pressure
• With prior experience in automotive industry
• Willingness to work in a startup environment
