Responsibilities

• Manage channel growth, marketing, content, and strategy for Gulong.ph website and 3rd party online marketplaces.
• Lead generation, conversion optimization, website product roadmap, A/B testing, social media, content strategy, and email marketing.
• user acquisition, growth and performance, marketing communications, digital marketing, and media (web, social, SEO, SEM, programmatic), and campaign & content strategy.
• In-charge of overall digital retail strategy, web marketing and development, digital campaigns, social media, influencer marketing, and digital channel growth. This includes overall marketing communications, commercial offers and promos, content strategy, performance and analytics, and partnerships.
• Led and implemented all digital marketing initiatives including: social media channels management, content marketing, content production, e-commerce marketing, media buying, and digital analytics.
• Applies a data-driven approach in analyzing key metrics to determine gaps and opportunities and ensures return on investments
• Build up and maintain cooperative business relationship with brands
• Regularly update Management on business performance and execution of strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• With prior experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably in online marketplaces and automotive industry
• With prior experience in managing teams
• Willing to work in a startup
• Team player and has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly analytical, comfortable with data and has willingness to learn
• Self motivated and with strong sense of ownership
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Great multitasker and works well under or can adapt to pressure
