- Tasked to effectively market the leasable spaces of the assigned mall, center and/or building.
- Source and seek out perspective tenants.
- Maintain high occupancy rate of quality tenants.
- Ensures an effective tenant mix consistently achieved.
- Monitor tenant's compliance on leasing requirements, lease term & conditions, systems & procedures, etc.
- Monitor regularly tenant's performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Must have 1 - 2 years in Commercial Leasing

Bachelor's Degree
