Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle translation/localization projects
- Respond to inquiries from local and foreign clients
- Coordinate with different linguists/vendors
- Perform final quality check on all written English documents
- Proofread, edit, or rewrite articles and other types of documents
- Screen and evaluate translators on a regular basis
- Translate documents from Filipino (Tagalog) to English, and vice versa
- Handle in-house written projects
- Check and correct grammatical or spelling errors on translators’ documents
- Remote coordination with the company’s staff and translators overseas
- Cross-check facts, references, and other important details in files to ensure that everything conforms to the company’s standard
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Foreign Language, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields
- Exceptional verbal and writing skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
- Fluency in another Philippine language is an advantage
- Proficient in writing and speaking Korean
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and G Suite (Google Apps)
- Above-average marketing, writing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and undergo rigorous training
- High focus to ensure quality delivery of multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Willingness to work beyond office hours and on weekends when necessary
- Readiness to travel periodically in Lexcode's office in Seoul, Korea and to other locations (domestic and abroad)
- Can report at the office four times a week.
