Creatives Specialist  

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs, creates, performs quality checks and proofreads presentation slides (using Powerpoint or Keynote) to be used in training workshops based on specifications, instructions and quality standards.
• Designs, creates, performs quality checks and proofreads training manuals and other printed training materials (e.g. posters, worksheets, nametags etc.) based on specifications, instructions and quality standards.
• Designs, creates artwork needed for training workshops and Company activities.
• Produces audio-visual presentations for use in internal sessions or in training workshops.
• Ensures that all team members adhere to the company branding guidelines.
• Manages the Company's website and social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) - ensuring correct, complete and engaging daily content and user-friendly design.
• Conducts internal learning workshops that help fellow team members improve their creatives/ design skills.

• Proficient in MS Powerpoint, Keynote, iMovie, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient in all other leading software and applications needed in production of artwork and audio-visuals.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Filipino/Tagalog.
• Keen attention to detail - instructions, spelling, grammar, punctuation, lay-out etc.
• Flexible/ adaptable (e.g. long hours, occasional work on weekends/ mid-shift work, travel within Metro Manila/ Philippines, handling different clients/industries)
• Passionate to get things done in a timely and excellent manner.
• A team player and able to give and receive feedback well.
