Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The responsibility of the executive secretary is to be an administrator of the office.
- Handle simple administrative tasks such as answering and making calls, answering support questions, making and setting up appointments.
- Support the development team as well as the rest of the team in various ways.
- Assist the customer support team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Friendly, charismatic, presentable and good people skills
- Can answer the phone and make cold calls for setting up appointments
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Independent
- Willing to work in Binondo
