Restaurant Manager  

Position: Head Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to head our new store. This individual will head a store by overseeing the operations while leading, managing, and keeping the team accountable.

Description:

Huge opportunity to run a fast growing multi unit food company as one of the top key members of the company. Lead, evaluate, and manage your team to make your store successful. Work with the CEO and Management to develop plans to ensure your store and team’s success.

Such key result areas shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Leading, managing, and keeping your team accountable
• Communicating with the operations manager and management regularly
• Creating processes and ensuring they are being followed
• Setting and helping to achieve goals set for the stores
• Inspection and sanitation of facility
• Helping our team grow both personally and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Ability to develop a high performing team
• Must possess an intense sense of urgency coupled with unbridled enthusiasm and passion
• Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial -- must be able to work with minimal guidance and direction from above and minimal support from below
