- Performs general clerical duties
- Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office
- Coordinates and maintains records
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 1 year background in Customer Service in any industry
- Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and resolving conflict
- Self-starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule
- Quality focus and analyzing information
- Very good communication skills and documentation skills
