Public Area Attendant - Ortigas | LHH  

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the proper working conditions of the entire building including offices, event areas, activity areas, restrooms, other common public areas. Public Area Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

CLEANLINESS

• Clean public areas daily according to operational policies and standards
  • Cleans public and service areas, such as but not limited to offices, back areas, lobby, stairways, corridors, elevators and the like
  • Rearrange and transfers furniture upon instruction
  • Does special cleaning on a periodical basis
  • Empties bins and ash stands with proper disposal
• Uses housekeeping chemicals as necessary to clean assigned areas to standard
  • Prevents any damage to building property by exercising proper caution with chemicals

Education : Vocational or other technical school, with NC2 certification, training or apprenticeship beyond high school
Work : Minimum of 2 years of experience in Housekeeping – Public Area
Pre-requisites : Firm command in procedures, high initiative, strong personal values on integrity, and able to cope with the physical demands of the job – lifting, carrying up to 30lbs and bending is involved

Location : Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
