Reporting
CRM Manager will be reporting to the Head of Traffic Management.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Defining the customer base segmentation strategy
- Defining the strategy to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
- Running day-to-day execution & optimization of all email marketing campaigns
- Create email marketing calendar around customer engagement and activations
- Maximization of CRM tools in increasing customer lifetime value
- Conceptualization and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns
- Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM implementation and sustainability
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through Lazada marketing channels
- Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value and re-purchase rate
- Ensuring the database is continuously segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Building and managing the CRM team to execute the strategy
Kualifikasi Minimum
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
- Preferable have experience in a direct-to-consumer CRM management, retention marketing and email marketing
- Creativity, analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Pro-active attitude
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
