Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gather insights to improve on seller operations including extracting and reporting data, capturing market information, conducting focus groups study, and executing pilot research
- Coordinate with Policy Operations to review risks and inadequacies in existing strategy and process and provide solutions to minimize error, fraud, and unexpected actions
- Help define key seller segments based on performance profile and provide appropriate action items and strategy to enhance all segments
- Help draft and publish local policies; working with various teams to lead strategy for educating and communication to sellers and buyers on any new and existing policies and process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to collaborate, influence and work autonomously
- Proven experience in working with large amount of data/information, research, and contracts/policies
- Ability to think and work in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill (VBA a plus but not necessary) and ability to express and simplify complex data and information
- Willing to learn or have a good understanding of SQL, database structures, and business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI, SAP, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Problem-solver, team player and resilient
