Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responding to seller queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email.
  • Identifying seller needs and helping them to resolve their issues.
  • Answering seller-related tickets, cases and/or email escalations.
  • Assigned to handle critical escalation (C-level, DTI complaints)
  • Monitoring, handling and recovery of all customer concerns (backlogs, CSAT,SSAT)
  • Responsible in resolving the concerns and issues of sellers and buyers immediately.
  • Actively works to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • At least 2-3 years call center experience as Senior Associate, Tier 2 agent, Escalation Agent (Inbound, Outbound et)
  • Preferably, excellent in English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • College graduate, or at least 3rd year college level
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work in extended hours during campaigns / night shift / weekends and holidays.
  • Courageous and eager to learn
